Delete your account
Order Tracker · how to delete your account and what happens to your data · effective 2026-10-08
1. Delete it yourself, in the app
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account.
It is immediate and permanent. Nobody has to approve it and you do not have to ask anyone.
2. If you no longer have the app installed
Email ordertracker@shaibuilds.builders from the email address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account.
Sending from the account address is what proves the account is yours. If you cannot, say so in the message and we will find another way to verify it before deleting anything.
Your account will be deleted within 30 days of the request, and you will get a reply confirming it is done.
3. What deletion erases
Everything below is removed from the database. There is no soft-delete and nothing is kept in a shadow copy.
- Your user record, including your email address and password.
- Your Gmail connection and its stored access tokens.
- Every order and every order item.
- All order status history.
- All Gmail import records, including stored email subject lines.
- All issues you opened.
- All push notification tokens, your notification preferences, and your entire notification log.
4. Your Google account
Deleting your account also asks Google to revoke this app's access to your Gmail, before the stored token is destroyed.
If that request fails, for example if Google is unreachable at that moment, the app tells you so and asks you to remove the access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your data is deleted either way.
5. What deletion does not reach, stated plainly
- AfterShip keeps its own copy of tracking numbers already registered with it. Those are not deleted from AfterShip when you delete your account.
- Anthropic retains data per its own commercial terms, outside our control.
- Sentry keeps past error reports until its own retention window expires. They contain internal IDs, not your email.
- Server logs at the hosting provider may contain internal user IDs and push tokens for as long as the provider retains logs.
